A.K. Holcomb Construction Inc. is well experienced in the construction of
professional office buildings and small warehouse or commercial projects. To date, most of
our new construction projects have been what is described as light commerical and three
stories or less in height.
We can
assist you in the design cost control, value engineering and product selection.
Additionally, we can provide a client a true "Design-Build" service which is
very effective in reducing pre-job planning time and expense, we like to keep it simple
for our clients and make the process as productive as possible.

Medical Facilities
We have completed extensive medical and dental projects. To date, we have
completed 12 kidney dialysis facilities, 3 ambulatory surgical centers under ACHA
approval, as well as more than 25 dental projects. Likewise, we
have completed medical office space for private medical groups.
Attention
to detail, strict compliance to specific construction practices and first-rate site
management allow us to provide the highest quality possible. The bottom line is we pay
