Tenant Finish Office
AK Holcomb Constrution, Inc. has vast experience in the construction of
interior office space. To date, we have completed more than $80,000,000 in interior
office space and literally hundreds of projects with a myriad of finishes and quality
levels.
In
evaluating construction firms we feel there is real value in hiring a company with
hundreds of completed projects behind them instead of dozens. Price is always critical but
experience, track record and reliability are major factors we find are apprectiated.

Tenant Finish Industrial
In parallel with our interior office experience, we have been heavily
involved with the interiors of industrial, manufacturing or storage facilities. Typically,
these spaces have a small percentage of office space in relation to warehouse space. The
finishes are usually tailored to a property or client standard and can involve heavy
electrical and mechanical components in the warehouse areas depending on the processes.
Included
in these projects, we have completed literally hundreds of dock levelors, dock plates,
door bumper and van ramp projects. |
